Descrizione
Integratore alimentare formulato con biancospino, tiglio, passiflora e camomilla, piante note nella tradizione erboristica per le loro proprietà distensive e rilassanti, utili nei momenti di stress e tensione. In particolare, tiglio, passiflora e camomilla favoriscono anche un sonno naturale e di qualità, contribuendo al benessere generale e al riequilibrio del ritmo sonno-veglia. Adatto a vegani.

Biancospino (Crataegus oxyacantha Auct.) foglie e fiori 25%*, Tiglio (Tilia platyphyllos Scop) fiori e brattee 25%*, Arancio (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck) frutto intero 20%*, Passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L.) parti aeree 15%*, Camomilla (Matricaria chamomilla L.) fiori 15%*.

Modalità d'uso
Un filtro in circa 130-150 ml di acqua bollente, lasciare in infusione per 5-7 minuti con coperchio per evitare la perdita dei principi volatili. Si consiglia l'assunzione di due tazze di infuso al giorno secondo necessità, specialmente nel tardo pomeriggio e la sera prima di coricarsi.
Avvertenze
Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini al di sotto dei tre anni. Non superare la dose giornaliera consigliata. Gli integratori non vanno intesi come sostituti di una dieta varia ed equilibrata e un sano stile di vita. è preferibile non usare acqua clorata. Prima di togliere le bustine, premerle leggermente con il cucchiaino. Possibili lievi variazioni di gusto e colore fanno parte della naturalità del prodotto.
