La Melatonina Naturando è un integratore alimentare che allevia gli effetti del jet lag e riduce il tempo richiesto per prendere sonno.
È una sostanza ormonale secreta dalla ghiandola pineale che si trova naturalmente contenuta in molti alimenti come il latte fresco, i pomodori, le banane ecc. ed è necessaria per regolare il ritmo sonno veglia. Molti disturbi del sonno sono da collegarsi ad una ridotta attività della ghiandola pineale che produce poca melatonina. L’assunzione di melatonina sopperisce a questa carenza.
Si consiglia l’assunzione di 1 compressa al giorno.
Jet lag: in caso di jet lag l’effetto benefico si ottiene con l’assunzione di un minimo di 0,5 mg di melatonina il primo giorno di viaggio e per alcuni giorni dopo l’arrivo a destinazione.
Sonno: per la riduzione del tempo richiesto per prendere sonno, l’effetto benefico si ottiene con l’assunzione, poco prima di coricarsi, di 1 mg di Melatonina.
