Si consiglia l’assunzione di un flaconcino al giorno, preferibilmente la sera prima di coricarsi o il mattino a digiuno con un bicchiere di acqua.
Cardo mariano: Dai suoi fiori si estraggono diversi componenti, il più studiato in ambito epatico è la silimarina. Il Cardo mariano favorisce la funzionalità del fegato e presenta anche attività antiossidante.
Colina: È una sostanza fisioligicamente sintetizzata dal fegato, che è utile assumere con alimentazione o integratori. Contribuisce al mantenimento della normale funzione epatica.
Carciofo: Contiene inulina, fibre, derivati dell’acido caffeico (tra cui l’acido clorogenico), flavonoidi. Viene utilizzato negli integratori per favore la funzione epatica e depurativa dell’organismo.
Rafano: È una pianta dotata di effetti drenanti in grado di favorire il drenaggio dei liquidi e la funzionalità delle vie urinarie.
Boldo: Oltre a supportare la funzionalità epatica, ha azione anche a livello gastrointestinale: favorisce la digestione e la regolarità del transito.
Elicriso: Viene utilizzato fin dai tempi più antichi per le sue spiccate proprietà nel favorire le fisiologiche funzioni del fegato oltre che la funzione digestiva.
