Oli essenziali addolcenti e lenitivi svolgono unazione eudermica e normalizzante per la pelle. La camomilla Blu (Camomilla Matricaria), particolarmente ricca in azuleni (specialmente Camazulene), risulta essere un ottimo lenitivo per le pelli arrossate e sensibili .
